Refund Policy

You will be refunded only for the service you choose.

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method as per the following table:

Once we have received your request for a refund. The refund process may take at least 24 hours to 7 business days depending on your selected payment method.

As we are the service provider platform, sometimes there might be some additional fees for arranging the refund and also some other additional charges may arise according to our third-party service provider policy.

Due to any circumstances, if any payment & refund policy is changed according to the third party's payment & refund policy, it will be mentioned on your booking confirmation slip and for the general policies we will update on our website and social media

Smart Repair garage refund policy

Due to any circumstances, If SecureRidez fails to connect our customers with our memebers. The fees that will be charged for arranging the service is 100% refundable to our customer.

SecureRidez is a service provider platform using third-party sources- this is the common refund policy for cars and helicopters.

Car rental refund policy

If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you may be eligible for a full refund of the prepaid rental fee.

If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the rental company may charge a cancellation fee, which could be up to the full amount of the rental fee.

If you decide to return the car early, you may not receive a refund for any unused rental days.

If the rental car becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. overbooking or mechanical issues), the rental company may offer a refund or provide a replacement car.

Helicopter rental refund policy

Helicopter rental policies may vary depending on the rental company and the type of rental.

If you cancel your reservation, the rental company may have a policy that allows for a refund if you cancel within a certain period of time before the rental.

If you cancel your reservation after the deadline or if you do not show up for the rental, the rental company may charge you a fee or keep a percentage of the rental fee.

Some common refund policies for helicopter.

  • 25% of the flight cost will be charged for cancellation of the flight after booking.
  • 48 hours before the flight schedule — Forfeiture of 50% of the total cost.
  • Before 36 hours prior to flight schedule — Forfeiture of 75% of the total cost.
  • Within 24 hours of flight schedule -fully non-refundable applicable.

Cancellation for a helicopter may charge a fee depending on your booking status.

If the helicopter rental is cancelled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, the rental company may offer a refund or reschedule the rental.

We will notify you once we’ve received the refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank, credit card or mobile banking company to process and post the refund too.
